How do I make deposits to my account?

  • direct credit of payroll or other income;
  • transfer from another savings or transaction account;
  • Internet or telephone banking transfer;
  • over the counter at our Membership Centres;
  • over the counter at any National Australia Bank office using your Reliance issued personalised deposit book; or
  • at any of over 3,100 Bank@Post outlets Australia wide.

How often will I receive information on my account?

Statements are issued every three months or as requested.
