You must have your Redicard or Visa Debit Card linked to the savings or loan account on which you wish to transact. Just present your card and tell the Australia Post staff that you would like to make a Bank@Post transaction. Then you need to swipe your card, select your account and enter your PIN to begin. Cheques deposited as part of a Bank@Post deposit may take up to 10 days to be converted to "cleared funds". |

How long does it take to clear a cheque?
When you deposit a cheque to your credit union account it will usually take 3 working days to clear, but may Also, when depositing the cheque, you can ask for a special clearance on the cheque.
